After graduating from university I started working in “real” jobs; that’s what grown-ups do. One day, after 20+ years of working in the corporate world, I couldn’t imagine another day of office routine being fulfilling anymore. I took time away from an office setting to allow myself to learn what I love. It turns out that I love to help people; especially in finding their confidence after life transitions. This time off has been a major transition for me and is not the first time that I have gone through transition. I moved by myself from Ontario to Alberta in my late 20s leaving behind family, friends and work, and found my husband, new friends and new work. I have had many jobs changes; most that I initiated and some that I did not. I have lost important family members and had to learn how life feels so differently after that. Every time a large change has occurred in my life I have always had the ability to get through the bad days by putting on my “confident style” and that made me feel my own inner strength. I understand that there are so many transitions in life that can make us lose touch with our confidence and it can be a struggle to find that equilibrium again. I want to help you through your life transition back to confidence.
